PRICES SOAR: Housing prices in metro Atlanta increased 3.8% from 2023 to 2024, with the median home price in Atlanta now above $400,000, according to a recent housing market report. While inflation is also a factor contributing to the high cost, the root of the problem is a recent surge in demand for homes, coupled with an insufficient housing supply due to zoning policy, affecting hundreds of thousands of renters throughout the area.

Sophomore Cameron Collier leads the Knights in warm-ups for the first meet, Bob Blastow Invitational, of the 2023 season on Aug. 26. Collier placed first for the Knights with a time of 16:53. During his freshman year Collier finished with a time of 19:31 on the same course. Collier ended the season with a personal record of 16:05 running at the Alexander/Asics Invitational on Sept. 30. The time put him as the fastest sophomore in Midtown history and third overall.
