Freshman Callan Meyer enjoys participating on the debate team as an extracurricular. Meyer just recently joined the team, but says he so far likes challenging his educational abilities and debating in competitions.
“I like debate because of how it challenges my thinking and writing skills in ways that will surely improve them,” Meyer said. “I also enjoy it because attending competitions is super fun, especially when you’re winning rounds.”
