With the volleyball season well underway, the Grady volleyball team continues practice. While most practices are scheduled after school, the team practiced this morning at 6 a.m. instead. The schedule change is only temporary, however, as the coach could not make it to an afternoon practice today only.
“We have started some faster plays and new rotations and in general we play well as a team,” junior and varsity player Caraway Oliver, said.
The team uses these practices to build team bonding and improve ability. Oliver believes that if the team can become more consistent in serving and receiving then there could be even more improvement.
Grady will play Redian and Arabia Mountain high schools tomorrow, Tuesday the 15th, at Redian at 4:15 p.m.
