Sophomore Siri Bluestone loves volleyball, hanging out with friends, and writing stories for her yearbook class.

Sophomore Siri Bluestone is passionate and dedicated to what she says is her favorite sport: volleyball. She has played on the Midtown team for two years and has been playing the sport since sixth-grade.

“I like playing volleyball because it helps me get my energy out while doing something I love,” Bluestone said.

Looking for a change of pace, Bluestone says she began playing club sand volleyball in freshman year in order to tone her skills and switch up her environment.

“I switched to beach volleyball this year because I really enjoy playing in the sand, and it’s a really fun sport to be a part of,” Bluestone said. “Playing beach volleyball gives me the opportunity to improve my all around skills and I get to play with new partners.”
