Senior Denzil Mathis has been involved in music for years. He was encouraged to start playing music by his parents and can currently play 8 instruments.

“I started playing music in 4th grade and mainly started because both of my parents are quite musically inclined and they encouraged me to,” Mathis said. “I also have perfect pitch, so that has helped me learn 8 instruments and I have been able to pick them up quite fast. I am always up for learning more instruments.”
