Junior Rain Stahlman spends his Wednesdays at Midtown’s Earth Club, where he’s found more than just a way to earn service hours.
“It’s really easy and you get service hours,” he said. “But I’ve also made a lot of friends who care about the Earth.”
Outside of school, Stahlman enjoys playing sports and staying active, and he said going to Midtown gives him a great opportunity to connect with people who share his interests.
“It’s cool to be around people you might not normally talk to,” Stahlman said. “It feels good to be a part of a group that likes the same things you do.”
