Applications are now open to serve on the Atlanta Board of Education and Superintendent Student Advisory Council. Those who are interested in applying must apply by March 31 at 11:59 p.m. Being a council member means that you will represent your school, in a pool full of applicants, and the student body. Approximately 30 scholars will be selected to serve a one-year term. By the end of the year, the goal is that the 2023=2024 Student Advisory Council members will have a more insightful perspective of the significant issues facing the District and put forth the effort to promote change.
