Applications for serving on the Atlanta Board of Education and Superintendent Student Advisory Council will be accepted through March 31. Council advisors will begin reviewing applications starting April 1, and selected scholars will be notified through email by April 30. 

Members of the Student Advisory Council work to improve Atlanta Public Schools as a whole, with each member reflecting the diversity of the district. Out of the hundreds of applicants, approximately 30 scholars will be selected to serve a one-year term.
