The girls basketball team competed against Banneker on Jan. 20 winning 57-45. The team then played against Chapel Hill on Jan. 21 winning 39-33. The team is 8-2 in region play placing them second in Region 5-AAAAA.

The team will next play Lithia Springs on Jan. 24 at Midtown in the Performance Gym.
