Midtown has been announced as the winner of the 2021-2022 All-Sports Trophy for Region 6-AAAAA, the second year winning in a row for the Knights.

The trophy is awarded to the school with the best cumulative region performances across all of its teams, with 10 points awarded for a 1st-place finish, 8 points for 2nd-place, 6 points for 3rd, and 4 points for 4th. Midtown finished in the top spot with 104 points, followed by Chapel Hill (96), Villa Rica (86), Maynard Jackson (64), North Springs (64), New Manchester (34), and Lithia Springs (32).
