The boys varsity cross country team finished 20th in their race at the Carrollton Orthopaedic Invitational this past Saturday, September 11th. They were led by seniors William Palmer who finished 25th in 18:16 and Marcus Johnson in 43rd in a time of 18:43 over the 5k distance. The meet was held on the challenging course of the state championship meet and will serve as preparation for the state championship held there in early November.

The team will be back in action this Wednesday for the final rendition of the APS Weekly Meet Series hosted at Cheney Stadium.
