APS staff received an email today from Superintendent Herring detailing that twice-weekly Covid-19 surveillance testing will be mandatory for all APS employees. This requirement begins the week of Sept. 6. The email also included staff vaccination rates among those who responded to a survey broken down by cluster and school. 81.1% of staff respondents from APS as a whole and 91.2% of staff respondents from the Midtown cluster reported themselves as vaccinated.
