Boys golf advances to state

Boys golf competed in the state tournament on May 19 and 20. The team finished 12th in state with the best team score for Midtown in the last four years with a score of 628. Senior Duncan Smith and Junior Jack Tobias finished tied for the best total score after two rounds at 156 each. Senior Ross Smith followed closely with a two-round total of
159. Junior Carter Klein rounded out the top four with a score of 161.
