Junior Wortmann hits 1,000 points

Junior girls basketball co-captain Hailey Wortmann reached 1,000 career points on Feb. 4 against Charles Drew. Wortmann has been on the varsity team since her freshman year and is currently averaging 17.1 points a game on a 53% field goal percentage. She leads the team in rebounds with 9.6 a game.
