Volunteer Youth Ambassador Program expands to high school students

Volunteer Youth Ambassador Program (VYAP), as a part of Shoes for the Homeless, is looking for high school students who are willing to commit to their program. These students will earn community service hours, help the homeless in the Midtown area, build their resumes for college, assume a leadership role and learn leadership skills. Shoes for the Homeless is a non-profit organization founded in 2011 and has helped thousands of men, women and children receive a pair of shoes. The mission of Shoes for the Homeless is to provide to the homeless and those in need, free of charge, in local communities throughout the United States.
