Heidi Hampton is a sophomore who enjoys target sports, like archery and riflery, and enjoys spending time with her friends on the weekends. Since she was young, Hampton has been participating in competitive swimming. She currently swims for both Midtown and a club team, Dynamo.

“I compete with my team and my dive team too,” Hampton said. “If you’re competing with your team, you’re competing for points, but it’s more of an individual getting times for bigger meets… I was the youngest on my team to make it to state finals and to swim at state finals.”
