Maggie Opsahl is a senior who is happy to be back in person for her last year of high school, where she participates in math club.

“We have monthly meetings and sometimes have speakers come like mathematicians,” Opsahl said. “A couple times a year we have competitions so for example one of them is a day long competition and they give us a really complex problem and we have 24 hours to solve it. The other competitions are basically just math tests. We also ran a competition for the Howard math club last year which was also just like a test.”
