Junior Keely Baker has played on Grady’s Ultimate frisbee team since she was in 8th grade but she has been playing the sport since she was in 7th grade. She initially tried out for the sport to be a hobby but now thinks of it as more. She enjoys how different ultimate frisbee is to other sports and thinks the main reason the team does so well is because of the sense of friendship everyone on the team has. She is also one of the team’s captains this year.

“Grady’s Ultimate team is a really fun community to be a part of. You get to meet a lot of different people,” said Baker. “The atmosphere is really supportive but also competitive, which I love.”

Baker likes to spend her free time by playing the piano, doing puzzles and hanging out with friends.

“My free time is pretty limited, but when I get time to relax I like to do puzzles with my family.” Baker said.
