19 Grady students in the Latin program were awarded for their work on the National Classical Etymology Exam, which tested their knowledge of Greek and Latin roots in English.

The students in the Gold award category are Sayan Sonnad-Joshi (Level IV), Avery Harlicka (Level III), Duncan Tanner (Level III), Dean Barry (Level II), Shay Bowman (Level II) and Latha Wright (Level II).

The students in the Silver award category are Aran Sonnad-Joshi (Level IV), Keaton Tsepas Bucciero (Level III), Greta Gustafson (Level II), Jonas Loesel (Level II), Anna Rafferty (Level II), Tori Williams (Level II), Mia Otoski (Level II), Bryce Bowman (Level II), Aden Mikus (Level II) and Grace Tilley (Level II).

The students in the Bronze award category are Lina Fretwell (Level IV), Mia McCown (Level III) and Piper Weatherly (Level II).
