Former Cox Enterprises chief executive officer, Anne Cox Chambers passed away today, Jan. 31, 2020, at the age of 100. Throughout her lifetime she retained the title as chairman of the Atlanta newspaper and according to Forbes, her net worth was 16.1 billion in 2014. She inherited Cox Enterprises following the unfortunate death of her brother, James M. Cox jr., and ran the successful corporation with her sister, Barbara Cox, who died in May 2007.
