In 2019, Grady’s student population of 1,400+ students was made up of 47 percent White, 38 percent African-American, 8 percent Hispanic, 2 percent Asian and 5 percent Multi-Ethnic. 

 

569 students took a total of 1,278 AP exams. 79 percent of the AP test takers earned scores of 3 or higher.

The four-year graduation rate in 2019 was 90.4 percent. 

 

In the first semester of the 2019-20 school year, 37 students dual enrolled. In the second semester of the school year, 47 students dual enrolled. 

 

The class of 2019 earned 23,618,549.00 in scholarships. 187 students were eligible for the HOPE Scholarship. 

The UGA acceptance rate for Grady students was 41 percent. The GA Tech acceptance rate for Grady students was 42 percent.
