Seniors can enlist some college application help from the CCCC

Grady will be hosting its first ever Apply to College Boot Camp on Aug. 3.

Specifically geared to help Grady’s class of 2013 master the skills required to create an effective college application, the College and Career Connections Center will set up workshops on subjects such as essay writing, interviews, and searching for scholarships. Additionally, representatives from the University of Georgia, Louisiana State University, Agnes Scott College, and several other nearby colleges will be present to answer questions and concerns.

The Boot Camp will be held in Grady’s Black Box Theater from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Admission is $5.
