While serving on JROTC as the Brigade S1 on the school level and S6 on the state level consumes much of senior Sophia Li’s free time, on the weekends she’s recently rediscovered her old passion of ice skating. She started this love in fifth grade with a friend and continues enjoying the hobby through lessons.
“It’s like flying on the ice,” Li said. “Just being free to skate around with the music is nice. It’s also a great way to get exercise.”
