Senior Liam Gregg spends his free time playing recreational golf and basketball through Haygood Hoops.
“I’ve participated in an annual golf tournament since I was little,” Gregg said. “My little brother just won it for the first time. I was really excited to pass my love of the game off onto him.”
Gregg was also hit by a car in Nov. 2024. He said his severe bruising and mental trauma scarred him.
“Getting hit by a car made me appreciative of everything I have,” Gregg said. “Even though I was unable to play recreational golf and basketball, I was just relieved my injuries weren’t permanent or anything.”
