Senior Delaney DeShields is one of the three captains for the Varsity Basketball Cheer team. Deshields was also the co-captain for the Varsity Football and Competition Squad. DeShields has been on the team for four years and has made many memories from it.
“Being involved in Midtown Cheer in my four years of high school has given me priceless memories, inside jokes, and friendships,” DeShields said.
Additionally, DeShields has been able to have new experiences during her senior year.
“My favorite thing I’ve done so far and had been looking forward to for senior year was attending senior sunrise,” DeShields said. “Having breakfast at the park and taking cute photos in our pajamas was so fun.
