Two new elementary schools open in Atlanta Public Schools

Atlanta Public Schools opened two new elementary schools on Tuesday. Virginia Highland Elementary School opened in the former Inman Middle School building and will host Pre-K through 5th-grade students. It will be the sixth elementary school feeding into the Midtown High School cluster. Benteen Elementary School has also been opened, now in a newly renovated building. Benteen will feed into Maynard Jackson High School.
