Ruqayya Alam is a freshman at Midtown who loves drawing and sketching, especially when it comes to drawing cityscapes and scenery. 

“When I was younger I traveled a lot, and just loved different types of architecture and scenery that I saw,”Alam said. “I just wanted to capture that on paper and I’ve held on to that talent up till now.”
