Freshman Arte Elliott is a member of the Midtown Philharmonic Orchestra.

“I’ve been in the orchestra for a really long time,” said Elliott. “I? think it’s really fun with the amount of pieces we have and the variety.”

Elliott attributes most of the positive orchestral environment to Krissi Davis, the orchestra director.

“She’s a lot of fun, she’s very supportive, she understands that we’re in high school and we have a lot of assignments to do. She’s a nice teacher, and orchestra’s a lot of fun.”
