Valentine’s Day

“My girlfriend’s name is Rose, and we’ve been dating for over a year. We met at a Halloween party way back in 8th grade and I had a crush on her for a long, long, long time. We had a very dramatic friendship and then it became a relationship. She just surprised me in the hallway out of nowhere with these flowers. I was expecting something so I was just waiting. I was trying to track her down. Tonight I’m taking her out to dinner at Cafe Intermezzo. I like Valentine’s Day because it’s a day for love, not necessarily a day for romance.
