“I’m really inspired by music, I’ve played guitar for about 5 years now. I started a band at the end of last year and it’s been going pretty well, like it’s started doing a lot of cover stuff and we started writing music last year. We started doing some little shows but I’m trying to book us for some bigger stuff right now, like opening for some bands at the Tabernacle and stuff. I might go down to Texas and start recording stuff, I know a few guys down there. It’s been good, if I’m in a bad mood I’ll just go home and start writing music. I want this to be something I do in the future but I have a back up plan, I want to be a nurse. So if the band thing doesn’t work out then I’ll be a nurse, but hopefully the band does take off. I think music is the backbone of society really, music is like a universal language, it brings us together. It’s a good way of expressing yourself, it’s your own kind of art. I want to express some good vibes, I don’t really want to express world opinions or world problems I just want to try connect with different people.”
