Hurricane Melissa causes severe flooding in Cuba

Hurricane Melissa, a Catagory two storm after hitting Cuba as a Catagory three storm, has caused mass destruction in Cuba through floods. It earlier struck land in Jamaica, marking one of the strongest hurricanes on the Atlantic. Hurricane Melissa has resulted in seven casualties, three in Jamacia, three in Hati, and one in the Dominican Republic.
