AJC’s last print edition coming December 2025

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Atlanta’s daily paper since 1868, will publish its final print edition on Dec. 31, 2025, ending a 157-year print run before going fully digital. Publisher Andrew Morse said the decision reflects declining demand for print and a strategic pivot toward online news, making Atlanta the largest major metro area without a printed daily paper.
