Holiday Spirit Week is this week, Dec. 9 through Dec. 13.. Monday is Pajama Day, Tuesday is Ugly Sweater Day, Wednesday is Hats/Socks Day, Thursday is Holiday Colors Day. and Friday is Candy Cane Day.

December finals schedule released

Finals season is here! Next week, December 16-20th, is finals week. The finals schedule will be: Tuesday 17th- 1A and 2A, Wednesday the 18th- 1B and 2B, Thursday the 19th- 3A and 4A, and Friday 3B and 4B. Dismissal will be at 12:30PM every day next week.

Biology lunch and learn helps families understand milestones

Georgia Tech, Georgia State to visit College and Career Center this week

Two Atlanta universities will visit the College and Career Center this week. Georgia Tech's Ivan Allen College of Liberal Arts will visit at noon on Dec. 4 and Georgia State University representatives will visit on Dec. 5 during both lunch periods, starting at 11:40 a.m.)

Two schools to visit the CCC this week

Speech & Debate to host benefit on Dec. 4

The Speech & Debate team will be hosting their annual Holiday Benefit Party on Wednesday, Dec. 4 at 6:30 pm. Guests can expect food, drinks, and holiday performances from team members. The suggested donation is $15 per guest. 

Latin Club to hold next meeting on Nov. 21

The next Latin club meeting will be held on Thursday, Nov. 21, from 3:45 to 4:15 pm. The meeting will include Roman board games and Hot Apple Cider. Everyone, including non-Latin students, are welcome.  

Chick-fil-A to recruit students at lunch

Chick-fil-A will be recruiting students during first and second lunches on Thursday, Nov. 14th. Students interested in applying for a job can speak to staff during this time. 

Math club hosts Tech professor

Show appreciation to veterans with ‘Thank You’ notes

Let veterans know their service is appreciated with goody bags and "Thank You" notes. Come to social studies teacher Mary Van Atta's room (C225) during lunch on Nov. 9th to pack goodie bags and write "Thank You" notes to veterans. Holiday food drive provides for less fortunate

Help those in need this holiday season, while getting service hours. Bring canned foods, dried pasta, beans, olive oil, and other non-perishables to Ms. Vann Atta's room (C225) through December 6th. Students will receive 1 service hour per 5 items brought. For a full list of qualifying foods, contact Ms. Vann Atta.
