Strength Workouts Scheduled for Summer

The Athletic Department’s strength & conditioning workouts will continue throughout the summer. Workouts are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:00am – 8:00am in Henderson Stadium, and are FREE to all. Only current Midtown students who were on a Midtown team in 2021-2022 are eligible to sign up. All participants must have updated athletic paperwork on file.

The scheduled dates for the summer can be found on the Strength & Conditioning Session Sign-Up, which can be found on the Midtown Athletics page under the “More” tab. Students planning to attend a workout session MUST sign up in advance, as there are only 20 slots available per session.
