Anthony Edwards, from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia, was taken as the first pick in the 2020 NBA draft last night by the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Edwards played for Therrell High School in Atlanta Public Schools for his freshmen and sophomore seasons before transferring to Holy Spirit Preparatory School during the 2017-18 season (his junior year) where they won a state championship with Edwards.
