In an away game on Friday, Oct. 9, the Knights’ football team loses its first conference game of the season 59-8 to Villa Rica. Villa Rica scored only 8 points in the first but took over in the second quarter scoring 36 to lead 44-0 at the half. The Knights returned an 80-yard fumble recovery and converted for two in the third, but it was too little too late.

The now 0-5 Knights look for their first win of the season in their next conference game next Friday on Oct. 16 against an 0-4 North Springs team.
