Due to COVID-19 challenges, Atlanta Public Schools has made a district wide change to the 2019-2020 class schedule based on research about what leads to the most successful virtual learning experience. Due to this change, Grady students will have a 4×4 schedule instead of a 4×8 schedule. This means students will have the same 4 classes a day each day for the entire first semester and switch to their second set of 4 class for the entire second semester. With this new change, students will complete an entire course in one semester and transcripts will be posted formally every 9 weeks rather than every 18.
