The boys cross country team finished second while the girls took third overall at the Region 6-AAAAA championship on Oct. 24 hosted by Lithia Springs High School. The boys were lead by seniors Bram Mansbach and Kavi Jakes who placed third and fifth in the individual standings. The girls were lead by freshmen Emilia Weinrobe with a time of 20:56 and sophomore Ellie Spears with a 21:09. Both teams have qualified for the State 5A Championship on Nov 1. where they both hope for a podium finish.
